Vivienne is a Graduate Professional in the WMD and Other Strategic Weapons Programme at UNIDIR. Her research spans topics in WMD counterproliferation, intelligence, and global geopolitical competition.
Previously, Vivienne has worked as a Junior Research Scholar for the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and at Canadian missions abroad in Thailand, Lao PDR, Switzerland, and Germany. Vivienne holds a Master’s Degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European Studies from the University of British Columbia.
She speaks English, Mandarin, and intermediate German and French.
